Wow. What a day! Getting my Jack Bauer on. .. I stayed up for 24 hours!!!! But each moment has been far worth it. Today alone was worth the price of the trip... So far I'm in love with this place!
So many things! This blog is mostly to jog my awful memory, so I'll keep it short and put all the explanations in the captions. Love love love Copenhagen!

Copenhagen is a bike city. Like for real, for real. It's like nothing I've ever seen. There are more bikes than cars and EVERYONE bikes. The hotel provided us with free bikes and we've been riding ever since. Kris is still wrapping his head around "biking to and from the gig". There are bike lanes and even bike traffic signals (the little one on the right). This all fits perfectly into the city's eco-friendly swag. Everything is "green", organic, healthy and clean! "The City of Copenhagen aims to become the world's first CO2 neutral capital by 2025".

Kris and the iconic drummer Jeff Tain Watts. Yup that's his playing in Mo Betta Blues.
Kris was invited to the festival by the awesome drummer Lee Pearson.
I met both of these guys in third grade in Bmore.
Now we all headline festivals...what?!!!! ;-)
